Denis Leary plugs Conan O’Brien Twitter account on Jay Leno show
(Beatweek Magazine) Jay Leno got more than he bargained for this evening when he asked his lead guest Denis Leary why the sarcastic comedian joined Twitter. Leary promptly replied that it’s because he’s competitive by nature and he “saw Conan was twittering.” Oops. Conan O’Brien joined Twitter after being forced out of his role hosting the Tonight Show when the job went infamously back to Leno earlier this year. Leno looked mortified but managed not to say anything retaliatory, and instead sheepishly plugged the fact that he’s also on Twitter himself (last we checked, Conan just reached the million follower mark while Leno has a whopping 58,000). Conan claims NBC considered attempting to get his Twitter account shut down.

I was in Conan's camp until he showed up here to raise money for Al Franken. $500 to attend, $4800 for the privilege of having your photo taken with them.
Really? O'Brien seems like he's less political (left) than any other late night host. They are probably friends from the Saturday Night Live days. I heard that Ben Stein helped Franken too - which was shocking.
Found it:
"He is my pal, and he is a really, really capable smart guy," Stein said of Franken. "I don't agree with all of his positions, but he is a very impressive guy, and I think he should be in the Senate" - doh!
I don't like any of them - I'm a Craig Ferguson fan.
Ben Stein's money was lost along with Ben's mind.
Although, I did like his movie, Expelled.
Furguson's funny - he was great on the Drew Carey show too.
I didn't see Expelled yet.
