All this extensive article does is document in detail the opinion of the Bishop of the apparitions at Medjugorje. However, it it just that - his opinion. Unless the Bishop can specifically show where the messages of Medjugorje are inconsistent with Christ's teachings and Church doctrine then there is no issue. The role of the Bishop is to be a pastor on religious and spiritual matters. His personal beliefs otherwise are not required to be adopted by his flock. It is obvious to me that had there been any serious discrepancies of Medjugojre with doctrinal matters, Medjugorje would have been dismissed with good reason by the Vatican long ago.

Timothy,
The bishop indeed showed inconsistencies with Church teaching, most notably on the birth of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
He is on solid ground, doctrinally.
