Simon of Cyrene - Forced to Help Jesus Carry the Cross
"Why me?" asks Simon.
When we are asked to carry a burden, we too say,
"Why me?"
The grace of our merciful Savior touched the soul of Simon, so that he became afterwards His faithful disciple. There is the grace of salvation, peace and sanctification for our soul when we carry our cross with Jesus.

thanks I needed this reminder today, all I did was gripe about having to help someone do his job.
